In June 25, company has arranged a fire safety and emergency drills for all staffs to participate. The drill's importance could not be less emphasized as it allows staffs at all levels to participate to realize the potential loopholes of emergency procedures and the lack of emergency resources(including manpower and equipment, etc.). With the drills,staffs could better understand their roles in the emergency event, improve overall coordination and increase overall emergency response capability. Staffs could also be familiar with fire safety knowledge, able to master evacuation, escape, self-help and basic fire fighting. With the comprehensive drills, employees could be more familiar with emergency events and have higher confidence when facing real emergency events.
